Welcome Bronagh Clarke to the NICRN Vision Team!

We would like to give a big welcome to Bronagh Clarke into the Northern Ireland Clinical Research Network (NICRN), as an Optometrist within the Belfast Trust Vision team.

Bronagh recently joined the Belfast Trust in 2023, having previously working as an optometrist in Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. Also Bronagh had been involved in a few research studies, but now looking forward to having the opportunity to get fully involved in research.

When asked for comment Bronagh said, ‘I was delighted when the opportunity came along to join the Vision team. Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. I am very excited for this new path in my career and for the challenges that lie ahead. Thank you to Emma McConnell and Jonathan Jackson for giving me this opportunity and for being so patient with me so far’
